1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you at the earliest.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.
A standard shipping fee of ₹40 will be applicable for Tamil Nadu orders, and for the rest of India, standard shipping of ₹80 - ₹120.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery Time will be 1-2 business days in Tamil Nadu, rest of South India (Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka) 4-6 business days, and rest of India 6-11 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or government regulations.
5. Tracking Your Order
You can track your order through our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.
6. Delivery Policy
Our delivery partners will make two to three attempts to deliver your package. If undelivered, it will be returned to us.
In case of failed delivery due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for future updates!
8. Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team at gracisscustomercare@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package.
We will initiate a replacement or refund based on our review.
