How To Use Instructions

• Unwrap the Pad: Remove the pad from the packaging. • Expose the Adhesive: Peel off the paper backing to reveal the sticky side. • Position the Pad: Place the sticky side onto the center of your underwear, ensuring it aligns with your body for proper coverage. • Secure the Wings : If the pad has wings, peel off the backing from them and fold them around the sides of your underwear to keep the pad in place. • Change Regularly: Replace the pad every 4-6 hours or as needed to maintain hygiene and comfort. • Dispose Properly: Wrap the used pad in paper and dispose of it in a bin. Avoid flushing it down the toilet.
